HPU Fall Fest- Good Food, Good Times

Fall is here, which means the return of HPU Dining’s Annual Fall Fest! This year’s festivities offered something for everyone and welcomed around 800 students! It was so nice to see the Panther community come together and enjoy the beautiful fall weather as well as delicious dishes.
Local partners throughout the area brought North Carolina flavor along with their special story! This year featured a Grilled Flatbread Pizza, Low Country NC Seafood Boil, Tempura Fried Bananas, Butternut Squash Ravioli with Pumpkin Alfredo and a Mushroom Stir Fry. Bratwursts and BBQ coated chicken drumsticks were also featured throughout the festival.

Along with wonderful food crafted by local partners and dedicated associates from campus, we kept the good times rolling with a special visit from Tractor Beverage on their Mad Farmer Tour. Tractor Beverage parked their airstream and passed out their new canned beverages as well as all you can drink juices! A quick walk down the hill and there was a cute mobile cart passing out one of a kind, limited edition merch! Cross the bridge and there was an old-fashioned truck decked out in fall decor for a fun photo-op!
This event was a success due to our local partners, and associates who all made it possible and the guests for joining in on the festivities! Below is a list of local vendors, their locations and what they served! We can’t wait to do it all over again next year!
