It’s simple. We believe that good food is essential to a healthy life. Our commitment is to help you power your life on campus with good food and a dining program that makes it easy for you to eat right.

It’s why we have healthy and wholesome choices available every day and it’s why we have nutrition and wellness programs that help take some of the mystery out of healthy living.

Candace Campbell

Candace Campbell, MS, RDN, LDN, Registered Dietitian with High Point University Dining, has a passion for helping others learn the benefits our food has to offer! Candace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Appalachian State, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Candace is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the North Carolina Dietetics Association and even moved to South America after graduating to teach English.

Candace works closely with the culinary team and management staff to ensure there is a variety of
nutrient-dense choices available across campus every day. Healthy dining options are vital for overall well-being and nourishing the campus community is a top priority.

Candace is available to provide guidance to ensure healthy eating as a lifestyle here on campus. Candace can aid the campus with dietary allergies or preferences as well as provide individual and group nutrition tours to familiarize the campus community with the dining opportunities. Candace will be providing specialized presentations and tabling events throughout the year to increase awareness between nutrition and healthy living.
